Business eligibility
We supply registered businesses with an EIN, including LLCs, corporations and other registered business entities. Applications are reviewed individually; submission does not guarantee approval. Our usual review time is 1–2 business days. A resale certificate is optional. Buyers must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for their business.
Products, pricing and minimum quantities
There is no overall minimum order value. Minimum quantities apply to individual SKUs. Prices and availability are supplied privately to approved buyers and may change before order confirmation. Images and brand listings illustrate our range, not a promise that a particular SKU is currently available. Trademarks belong to their respective owners; their inclusion does not imply an authorized-distributor relationship.
Orders and confirmation
Place orders by emailing product names, SKUs, relevant details and quantities to info@hnsdistributors.com. We acknowledge the order and issue a pro forma invoice confirming its details. Review the invoice before paying. Your agreed invoice and applicable wholesale sheet specify the products, quantities, prices, condition, lead times, freight and preparation charges for your order. Agreed order-specific terms take precedence over general website information where they differ, subject to applicable law.
Payment and cancellation
Full payment by ACH or wire from a business account matching the approved buyer is required before processing. Individual payments are not accepted. Orders are non-cancellable once full payment is received and processing begins. If you need a change before that point, contact us promptly; a change is effective only when agreed by HNS in writing.
Product condition and marketplace requirements
Inventory may include new, used, remaining stock, overstock, liquidation merchandise and general stock. We carry branded and unbranded merchandise, but do not offer private-label products. Review the disclosed condition, specifications, known defects and any stated warranty in the wholesale sheet or invoice before payment. Buyers are responsible for determining suitability, resale eligibility and marketplace compliance. We do not guarantee Amazon ungating, brand approval, listing eligibility, resale performance or acceptance by any platform.
Shipping and final sales
Shipping is charged to the buyer and quoted before payment. Subject to applicable law and any written agreement, transit risk passes to the buyer when conforming goods are handed to the carrier. All sales are final, subject to the limited unavailable-goods refund and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. See our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy for details.
Website use and questions
Do not misuse this website, submit false applications, interfere with its operation or copy HNS branding without permission. No website content creates a marketplace affiliation or promises commercial results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
