Service area and carriers
We ship within the United States using FedEx, UPS and USPS. Carrier and service depend on the particular shipment. We do not promise a delivery date unless we expressly agree to one in writing.
Processing and lead times
Standard order processing is 5–7 business days after receipt of full payment. Product-specific lead times are stated in the wholesale sheet and may differ from the standard timeframe. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
Freight charges
Buyers are responsible for freight charges. Freight is quoted per order based on weight, dimensions, destination and service level, and stated on the invoice before payment. Review the destination and shipment requirements before approving the invoice.
Carrier handoff and transit risk
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, and subject to applicable law, the buyer assumes transit risk when conforming goods are handed to the carrier. HNS does not file or manage carrier claims, and does not provide replacements, credits or refunds for damage, loss or shortages occurring in transit after handoff. Any direct carrier recourse is subject to the carrier’s terms and deadlines.
Delivery inspection
Inspect every delivery before signing and record visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt. Keep the packaging, packing list and photographs for any action you take directly with the carrier. Inspection does not establish an HNS claim or replacement program.
Marketplace warehouse deliveries
We can ship to Amazon and Walmart warehouses. Product-specific preparation charges are additional and quoted before payment. Buyers must provide accurate destination information, shipment labels and applicable marketplace instructions. We do not guarantee marketplace acceptance and do not offer a general fulfillment service.
Applicable rights
This policy does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law. Questions about shipping arrangements before ordering can be sent to info@hnsdistributors.com.
